Hillman Garage

Hillman Garage, a prominent parking facility in downtown Annapolis, sought a sustainable and cost-effective solution to reduce their energy expenses while minimizing their environmental impact. With a large rooftop area available, the client was interested in harnessing solar energy to power their operations. Our team contributed to the design of a solar PV system comprising 594 high-efficiency panels, strategically placed to make the most of the available space at the top of this newly constructed state-of-the-art parking facility. The 267.30 kW solar PV system was designed to generate approximately 326,000 kWh of clean energy annually, offsetting a significant portion of the garage's electricity consumption.
