Solar Energy Services was contacted by the condominium President to install a solar power system on their building in NW Washington, D.C. The system consists of solar modules installed on the flat roof, which are fully ballasted in order to avoid penetrations and maintain the roof warranty.
The project was constructed without interruption to the condoâs daily operations. The company chose to independently own the solar system so they could take advantage of Washington, D.C.âs excellent financial incentives. The system offsets 100% of the common area meter for this condominium.
