Leslie moved from New Hampshire to Maryland to complete her undergraduate degree at St. John’s College. She began her solar career at SES as an analyst in 2018, although she had been acquainted with the Company for several years while managing a restaurant in downtown Annapolis. During this time, she implemented SES’s project management software. While Program Manager from 2019 to 2022, Leslie monitored and controlled the project lifecycles of up to 75 simultaneous residential and commercial solar projects, as well as facilitated the hand-off from Sales to Operations for all new PV installation contracts.

As Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Team, Leslie ensures all projects follow Company procedures from beginning to end and uses legacy project data to advise on areas of improvement. She facilitates many Company initiatives, including strategic planning, process standardization, employee incentive programs, and safety performance. In particular, Leslie has helped organize, develop, and maintain SES’s rigorous safety program. She is the presiding chairperson of the SES Safety Committee. 
Leslie prefers to be barefoot, backpacking, or spending time with her partner and dogs, Tula and Otis. Or better yet—all of the above.
