This family-owned and operated office building engaged SES to design and build a solar system that would offset as much of their PEPCO bill as possible. The Master-Meter setup, with sub-meters for tenants, made the solar design very efficient and optimized savings. Thanks to several Federal and State incentives, this system is slated to pay for itself in 6 short years; with a solar panel performance warranty of 25 years. The owner replaced his roof prior to the install to ensure all would be in top working order for duration of the solar system and beyond.
