About Leslie Howard-Goddard
Leslie moved from New Hampshire to Annapolis, Maryland to pursue a Liberal Arts degree at St. John’s College. While in school, she taught as a music assistant and worked her way up at a restaurant, becoming general manager after graduation. Leslie joined SES as an analyst, where she helped implement the company’s project management software. In her current role as Program Manager, Leslie leads the Operations team by planning, scheduling, and organizing dozens of simultaneous residential and commercial projects in various stages of completion. She makes sure each project is accounted for, from sale to system commissioning, and provides data-driven support across departments.
Leslie is pursuing her OSHA 30 certification.
