Essex House Solar Water Heating System

Solar project developer contracted Solar Energy Services to complete the turnkey installation of a 52 panel roof (fixed) mounted, closed loop solar domestic hot water system. The design called for a fixed mounted system installed on I-Beams on top of the 12 story building. SES worked closely the building roofer to seal all penetrations in the new TPO roof. This project was completed on time, within budget, while the building was fully occupied. The customer has expressed tremendous satisfaction with the system performance.
